**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Quickly analyze requirements and translate into business object models and business rules that can be implemented by technical developers.
- Work independently and manage end-to-end tasks.
- Carefully assess and diagnose impact of new business objects and new business rules on system usability and system performance.
- Explore and implement data quality improvement methodologies.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues.
**Education & Experience** Recommended**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar required and 12+ years of applicable experience OR demonstrable equivalent experience
- Strong API background, minimum of 5 years of API development experience.
- Strong experience working with Data & reporting.
- Must demonstrate ability to perform code reviews & oversight of developers.
- Demonstrate ability to discuss multiple topics with IT counterparts i.e.
Architects, Project Managers, Business Analysts etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
**Complexity**
- Provides highly innovative solutions to complex problems within established policy.
