Successful implementation of the strategy, governance and operating model, created by Corporate Robotics Operations Center (ROC) to create a CR Fin SSC Robotics Technology Center (RTC) including but not limited to deploying the capabilities (technology and people) and manage the RTC from inception/creation to sustaining mode.
Develop and administer a portfolio of automation opportunities (RDA/RPA, Machine learning and Artificial intelligence) including research, analysis, solution design/development, documentation, testing, problem resolution, training, and post-rollout review/audit.
Indirectly manage the Automation experts in the RTC and grow the automation mindset of the finance organization
The role will also work closely with Corp Fin Automation Controller, Malaysia SSC (share service center), functional leaders, business and technical stakeholders such as IT, partnering with the corporate mindset of One Intel, where we collaborate across teams. In addition, the person is expected to develop a roadmap that unlocks the value of technology excellence, maximizing current technology and exploration of emerging technology solutions to accelerate SSC value proposition
The person might act as the connection of automation / technology solutions for the enterprise
Key Responsibilities
? Partner with Finance and IT leaders to design and develop strategic multi-year roadmap to drive increased business value through automation (ROI (return of investment)/cash savings, efficiency hours)
? Leader that will set direction and lead the requirements gathering process for the RTC and will drive the submission, review, vetting, prioritization, and TCM of automation use cases for the CR RTC.
? Responsible for supporting and driving adherence of the Governance for the RTC as defined by the ROC including the definition of standards and priorities in the portfolio.
? Provide concise and effective communication to leadership team and stakeholders about the status of the various intelligent automation programs, key project updates and obtain ratification from leadership about prioritization and roadmaps
? Assign work to team members and ensure SLAs and timelines are met including problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of the RTC
? Act as point of escalation for team members and resolve issues by working collaboratively across leadership team and stakeholders
? Configure new and existing automation processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
? Design solutions utilizing best practices and maintain technical responsibility for project delivery (the leader of a solution technical delivery)
? Develop and document configuration best practices, create and maintain solution documentation and provide training to client users
? Liaison between business and IT to drive automation initiatives when IT engagement is required
? Participate in and lead, design/solution reviews, code reviews, and deployment reviews representing the CR RTC in partnership with the ROC and potentially others
? Participate in various calls with the ROC, and global automation leads, where strategy, governance, training, wins, hurdles, and BKM's (best known method) are shared following the philosophy of One Intel.
Qualifications
Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in IT Systems / Industrial Engineer or related.
- 7+ years of proven experience creating and managing successful Automation COE (center of excellence)
- Solid understanding or experience of Finance processes.
- Broad understanding of the technical solution landscape
- Advanced level of English, written and verbal.
Preferred
- MBA is plus
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL certification
- Solid management experience
