Should have at least 1 year of solid experience in team management and leadership ideally in the BPO Industry/Call Center, Sales with a high degree of client management.
Roofing and exterior renovations industry is a plus but not required,
Discipline to work efficiently as a remote team member.
Dependable electricity with a back up available.
Work hours will be EST, Maryland Time.
Fluent English communication skills is a must, both written and verbal.
Fast, reliable internet is a must.
