**Responsibilities**:

**Customer retention:

- Assist customers with account-related questions, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Provide personalized support to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

**Upselling:

- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing customers.
- Educate customers on additional offerings and benefits to meet their needs.
- Meet or exceed upselling targets and goals set by the company.
**3.
**Deposit Assistance:

- Guide customers through the deposit process, including setting up accounts and transferring funds.
- Assist with deposit-related inquiries and issues.
- Ensure compliance with deposit regulations and company policies.
**4.
**Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities.
- Generate reports on upselling performance, deposit assistance metrics, and customer feedback.
**5.
**Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to enhance the customer experience and achieve company objectives.
- Share insights and feedback to improve processes and product offerings.
**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with deposit procedures and financial services (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
