The Location

Part:time fixed schedule (minimum 20 hours per week) or full:time fixed schedule available within our Business Hours (8 am : 9 pm ET).

Summary/Objective
Achieve is currently seeking an Online Customer Retention Specialist to join our team of energetic and positive professionals as a member of our Withdrawal Department. Employees are expected to provide a high level of Customer Service in an online environment and positively represent the Achieve brand.

Working on an automated dialer system

Taking inbound calls from customers regarding withdrawal requests

Making outbound calls to customers to address withdrawal requests

Researching customers' files ensuring a personable and professional approach
:
Researching and selling company's products and offers most likely to help customers
:
Strengthen Achieve's brand perception by speaking positively of the company, our products and services
:
Keeping students active eventually graduating rather than dropping out or transferring
:
Maintain and strengthen loyalty in customer relationships through friendly, professional, and accurate communication
:
Assist in maintaining and monitoring electronic data for established customers

Assist with administrative duties and projects as assigned within the Retention Department
