Customer Sales Analyst | Costa Rica

Requisitos:Education & Professional Qualification: - University diploma/college degree in engineering, statistics, operations, business, marketing or related
- Advanced English (oral and written)

Knowledge/Experience
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, planning or operations
- Solid organization and planning skills
- Strong aptitude for numbers and analysis
- Mastery of Excel
- Strong communication both written and verbal

Actividades a realizar:- Provide analysis to identify trends and insights within the data to aid in strategic decisions.
- Leverage raw data into actionable insights. Assemble standardized and customized analysis/reports from multiple data sources (Sell-In, Distributor Sales, Customer POS, etc.) that yield insights and support the development of customer/territory solutions.
- Develop templates and tools for sales team to facilitate business reviews and forecasting process. Work with demand planner by providing him/her with necessary sell in - sell out trends and distributor information
- Seek ways to deliver continuous improvement in the process (better, faster) that deliver data that leads to action, prevents issues and advances decision making
- Monitoring of invoicing and sales phasing within the period
- Act as an integral part of CCA Sales Operations team in the identification of CCA information needs, formulation of appropriate responses consistent with best practices, and delivery of requested information in a timely manner
