This highly coveted customer service position is very limited and I'm taking on just one more ROCKSTAR immediately.
You don't need house buying, real estate, or sales experience to apply.

Compensation

This customer service position will be paid a competitive base pay plus industry leading performance bonuses:
Base pay is $750 biweekly ($19,500 per year); PLUS several performance bonus incentives which will give the successful employee 50% - 150%+ more earnings over the base pay.
We will provide the leads, training and systems to help ensure your success - you must bring a great attitude and your follow up skills.
**Work Schedule**
You must be able to work generally within our core hours 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time USA (give or take one hour) Monday - Friday & occasionally on weekends as needed.
**Roles/Responsibilities**
Process incoming provided leads and qualify the seller's motivation to sell their property

Contact existing warm leads in our database and qualify the seller's motivation to sell their property

Contact cold prospects and create new leads (we will train you on how to do this with no experience)

All training and scripts are provided but you must have a solid foundation of a great attitude, professional growth, and ability to connect with people at a deeper-than-average level quickly over the phone.

You must love to talk to people

You must have stable reliable fast internet and power
**You must have extremely good English and be able to communicate clearly in a native accent**
You must have be a good listener and can take good notes
