**Job Description**:
Help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services.
By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.
To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
Might require work with internal and/or external customers

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- English proficiency (B2 or above).
- Basic understanding of MS Office Packages.
- High School Diploma.
Good to have or optional depending on department:

- Customer Service Experience.
- Financial Background.
- Previous experience working for Goals and Objectives.
- Sales experience.
- Intermediate to advance Excel.
- SAP.
