Are you a dynamic person, with an eye for details who enjoys engaging with a wide variety of customers? If yes, come join the America Customer Business Operations team as a Student Worker Customer Service Representative!

The SW CSR acts as the communication conduit between internal sales & operations teams and our external customers - which include Multinational companies, authorized distributors and direct account- to maximize revenue through supply commitments. The SW CSR is a key member of the America's Service Cloud team owning all customer order management matters and helps manage the customer's supply chain requirements, product demand and alignment of supply to the company's strategies. This includes gathering and analyzing information to determine product allocation, monitoring customer inventory and partnering with business experts to solve daily customer requests in alignment with business strategies.

The optimal candidate for this role is passionate about delivering world-class customer engagement & orientation, enjoys proposing data based solutions to problems and has passion for growing revenue to help Intel gain / maintain competitive edge.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships and/or work experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Active Licenciatura student in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related degree.
- 6+ months of experience engaging with and supporting customers.
- 6+ months of experience with Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel (including the use of pivot tables, advanced logic functions).
- Languages: Spanish / English (advanced OR B2+).
- Must be able to work 45 hours / week

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP experience
- Salesforce.com experience
- Experience in customer service roles
- Portuguese (Intermediate) highly desired
- Understanding of supply management, demand forecasting, market analysis or operations
