We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst who is able to analyze large amounts
of raw data to identify, troubleshoot and report on complex problems and trends.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
? Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing
reports
? Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other
strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality
? Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in complex data sets
? Filter and clean data by reviewing reports and performance indicators
? Identify and recommend new ways to save money by streamlining business
processes

WHAT YOU HAVE:
? A passion for excellence
? Ability to set high goals for yourself and continuously exceed them
? Obsessed with finding a factual answer in a dataset and optimizing based on findings
? 5+ years' experience analyzing large datasetsand statistical reporting
? Strong ability to analyze cause and action and trouble shoot issues by looking at and
manipulating large data sets.
? Expert in MS Excel / Pivot Tables
? Extremely detailed oriented
? Strong Analyticalskills
? Strong organizational skills
? Ability to deliver a high quality of work with very few errors
? Ability to document, analyze, report and convey test resultsto others.
? Fluent in English
