We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in Heredia, Heredia (CR-H), Costa Rica (CR).
Qualifications:
3-5 year of relevant experience in below:
Strong Database skills and ability to handle large data sets
Experience with Data visualization tools such as Tableau® or Power BI® (one of them)
Experience with Data Analytics tools such as Access, SPSS, SQL, Alteryx® or LLamasoft Data Guru®. (R, Python added bonus)
Ability to communicate and translate data into managerial insights;
Ability to quickly learn and apply Operations Research skills.
Prefer Skills:
Good Understanding & Experience of working in Supply Chain Planning and Design
Knowledge of Optimization principles and how Optimization is performed using software packages such as LLamasoft Supply Chain Guru, LogicNet. (Preferred)
Roles / Responsibilities:
Work with both Data Engineers and Business Team to collect data required for network model development.
Perform data cleansing, identify and communicate data issues that might impact the project timeline.
Create Data Guru workflows to develop inputs for Supply Chain Guru Model
Participate in the model development and execute project plans under the guidance of SCDO project lead.
Create Output Dashboard views to support unlimited scenarios analysis during the project
Participate in meetings such as Project Kick-off, Data validation, Project Milestones Briefings and with respective Stakeholders as required
Support in Project Documentation, Presentation, and Data organization.
Secure handover and right communication of all activities during the project;
The ideal candidate must have excellent english skills and been able to interact with business site counterparts.
