As an Industry Analyst your main responsibility will be to provide metrics, reports, and analyses to drive key industry business decisions by high level executives within the organization.
You will also be asked to participate in other activities, such as improvement projects, solutions testing, ad-hoc analytics and report optimization.
You will work alongside other analysts.
You will collaborate on multiple business meetings and projects to enable the sales and marketing organization.
You will gain an in depth understanding of our business, that will support you improving reporting and analytics in accordance with our business needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- You will provide support to Sales Marketing team on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, building and publishing business industry performance reports.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Identify opportunities to maximize resources/quality and transform processes to make them efficient.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Publishing quarterly (or as required) Measurement Solutions industry reports.
This includes individual report for all business unit included (Coriolis, Mag & Vortex, Roxar, MSS, USM Products, and Measurement.
- Publishing and gathering the information for Measurement Solutions Strategic Account Report.
- Use Power BI and other similar tools to improve current reporting.
- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
**Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business / engineering or an MBA.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Advanced technical skills.
- Intermediate - Advanced Power Bi
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
- Excellent Communication: Bilingual English/Spanish.
Ability to communicate on complex issues at all levels.
- Advanced knowledge in Database, Scripting, Tableau, Python, SQL, Programming or Process Automation is a plus.
