The E+D engineering team owns the AI based intelligent experience which makes support very efficient both for customers and support agents.
We are heavily invested in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning features developments to empower our modern customer services.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
**Responsibilities**:
- Creates data structures and pipelines on a large scale to collect, organize, standardize data and identify business insights and opportunities
- Aligns with business focus, drive innovations in data featuring to improve ML model/algorithm efficiency
- Work end-to-end to develop & implement Machine Learning models & actionable business strategies to improve operation efficiency
- Partner with Senior Data Scientists to implement high performing & scalable system to support real-time inference
- Collaborate with stakeholders to take a vague problem statement, refine the scope of the analysis, and use the results to drive informed decisions.
- Summarize and clearly communicate business hypothesis, data analysis assumptions and results.
- Support day-to-day operations with ad-hoc analysis
**Qualifications**:
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, Python, C#, SQL
- Strong working knowledge of SQL programming, including the ability to write complex queries and procedures to extract or transform data from various sources.
- Strong problem-solving skills to help refine problem statements and solve them with the available data
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex challenges, and operate in a fast-paced & multi-tasks team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- PhD in Computer Science
- 2+ years (including MS program or PhD program) of experience in one of the following areas: Big Data/Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence.
- Demonstrated experience in ML modeling including marketing mix model, large-scale language model
