Required Qualifications
:
Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Statistics, Business or related field
:
6+ years of relevant professional experience
:
3+ Years of experience in any Hadoop Distribution
:
3+ Years of experience in building batch and streaming data pipelines using Sqoop, Kafka, Kadu, spark
:
2+ Years of experience working on SQL Queries/Views
:
Demonstrated experience of leading teams and large:scale complex projects to deliver products and solutions
:
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, create a vision and execute on that vision
:
Should have domain experience in Commodities Trading and appetite for building expertise on it over time
:
Demonstrated experience working with end to end software development using agile/scrum methodology
:
Knowledge on how Data can create value to business/domain (across life cycle) and appetite for building this skill over time
:
Strong experience working with Hadoop or other Big Data platform and building solutions that deliver value through leveraging data as an asset
:
Experience working with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
:
Demonstrated ability to define architectural concepts and standards
:
Demonstrated ability to define architectural concepts and standards
:
Proven record of interacting with and influencing multiple business units and functional teams; globally.

Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to build trust and strong relationships

Experience of leading people to success

Experience working with various types of data sources such as SAP, JDE, legacy ERP systems etc.

Experience with Unix shell scripting, python
