We are looking for an experienced SQL Server Database Administrator to be involved with the execution of tactical and strategic data:related projects, resolution of production issues, and the implementation, support and maintenance of the overall data services infrastructure. This role will provide technical expertise in the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance for existing and new data systems.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
?Perform database administration, maintenance, performance monitoring and tuning activities, documentation and testing.
?Help establish standards and best practices for database design; consult with development and quality assurance on compliance for database design best practices.
?Work with product development teams to streamline product implementations, design and processes.
?Provide off hours support, as needed, to support product enhancements, data uploads and technical issues.
?Support data migration projects, conversions and product upgrades.
?Conduct proactive troubleshooting and recommendations to improve system's reliability and performance.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

?A passion for excellence.
?Ability to set high goals for yourself and continuously exceed them.
?10+ years of SQL Server experience, Windows server and SQL administration.
?C hands on experience in problem solving
?Bachelor's Degree in Information technology, Computer Science or related field.
?Extremely detailed oriented.
?Excellent problem:solving and critical thinking skills.
?Ability to deliver a high quality of work with very few errors.
?Ability to document, analyze, report and convey test results to others.
?Full professional proficiency in English.
