Development Manager

Technical engineering manager of software and quality assurance engineers who are developing new features.
Will be responsible for
Recruit and maintain a strong team of software engineers, architects, and quality assurance engineers.
Work with architects and engineers to define system architecture and tactical solutions for product delivery.
Initiate and drive Engineering driven requirements including performance and scalability.
Improve, optimize, and identify opportunities for improved software development processes.
Coordinate projects across multiple development centers.
Manage a functional domain of the technology platform and builds solutions with directors and above to align with business strategy.
Support continuous process improvement and innovation.
Must have previous experience with
.NET JAVA React Kafka Scala
Continous Integration Continous Deployment
Development pipeline automation experience from JIRA to Production QA automation
Cloud computing
API development
MicroService experience
Mobile development experience
Agile scale Organization experience
