Development Manager..

Technical engineering manager of software and quality assurance engineers who are developing new features.
Will be responsible for:
-Recruit and maintain a strong team of software engineers, architects, and quality assurance engineers.
--Work with architects and engineers to define system architecture and tactical solutions for product delivery.
I-nitiate and drive Engineering driven requirements including performance and scalability.
-Improve, optimize, and identify opportunities for improved software development processes.
-Coordinate projects across multiple development centers.
-Manage a functional domain of the technology platform and builds solutions with directors and above to -align with business strategy.
-Support continuous process improvement and innovation.
Must have previous experience with
*.NET / JAVA / React / Kafka / Scala
*Continous Integration / Continous Deployment
*Development pipeline automation experience (from JIRA to Production) + QA automation
*Cloud computing
*API development
*Micro-Service experience
*Mobile development experience
*Agile scale Organization experience
