About the role:
The Costa Rica Heredia:based division is a small, dynamic, fast:growing part of the Boston Scientific Electrophysiology group with a highly talented team responsible for testing the leading edge Rhythmia Mapping system. The Rhythmia Mapping System centers around a real:time virtual world of the human heart. As a physician probes the heart with a catheter, the system generates an accurate anatomical model of the chamber. High:performance rendering and algorithmic techniques are vital to creating a stunning view and providing the physician with instant feedback.
The DevOps engineer will join a highly effective test and automation team, working closely with a team in Cambridge, US MA to develop and test the Rhythmia Mapping System.
We are looking for a Linux Engineer / DevOps with a strong Information Technology background to join our exciting and fast:paced team.
Our tool set includes Linux (RedHat/Fedora/CentOS), RPM, Git, Jenkins, CMake, C++, OpenGL, GLSL, OpenCL, and Qt.
What Were looking for:

Experience with Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD) Software Process

Working experience with CI/CD tools, Jenkins preferred

Release engineering in GIT version control system (rebasing, merging C++ code base)

Proficient in at least one scripting language, Python preferred

Installation of Redhat/CentOS Linux operating system on modern laptop used by software engineering team

Providing guidance and technical assistance as needed

Assisting team with various DevOps IT projects
