Digital Analytics & Personalization Developer Job Description - Plans, designs, develops and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products including cloudbased or internet related tools.
- Analyzes requirements, tests and integrates application components; Ensure the system improvements are successfully implemented.
- Drives unit test automation.
- Be well versed in the latest development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, DevOps and test driven development. Should also enable solutions that take into account APIs, security, scalability, manageability, usability, and other critical factors that contribute to complete solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field OR equivalent job experience
- 5+ years of development experience using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS and other client-side frameworks
- 5+ years o Experience developing and deploying complex JavaScript solutions
- Advanced English level/Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing web analytics platforms, preferably Adobe Analytics or equivalent
- Deep understanding of how web analytics implementations translate into reporting
- Experience implementing online testing (A/B, multivariate), personalization and content recommendations Experiences, preferably using Adobe Target or equivalent
- Experience enabling, and working with, customer profile data to deliver multi-channel personalized experiences
- Experience working with custom or pre-built artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) models
- Experience developing and managing technical solutions through a Tag Management System, preferably Tealium or equivalent
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) or Content As A Service (CaaS) strategies for delivering personalized experiences
- Experience with advertising tagging and data management platform integrations, preferably Adobe Audience Manager or equivalent
- Experience with Marketing Automation platforms, preferably Eloqua or equivalent
- Excellent troubleshooting skills across multiple environments, browsers, and platforms
- Experience with code optimization techniques and website performance best practices
- Experience working with API integrations and/or web services
- Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum), preferably SAFe
