- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills, 2+ years of professional experience working with these tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Adobe Acrobat
- Able to deal with ambiguity.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and self-prioritize.

GPS is seeking a Digital Asset Assistant with the ability to find clean, high quality assets based on existing style guides and brand guidelines in a fast-paced production environment.
Key job responsibilities
Sourcing Third-Party assets for licensed titles.
Source key art and design product and promotional graphics.
Become the go-to for the production staff about digital assets.
Collaborate across internal teams and stakeholders.
Staying up-to-date on content guidelines standards (safe art) for content categorization.
Setting up title folder structures, permissions, user access.
Handling and resolving final asset search requests.
Ensure design requirements are met in adherence with product/project guidelines.
Optimize digital images for web, mobile, big screen and other devices.
Understand Brand style guides.
Help ensure quality control, while working closely with marketing stakeholders, design peers and quality specialist.
- Digital Asset Management, digital asset licensing, or relevant professional experience.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Experience designing digital assets.
- Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service, or studio.
- Understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company.
