Director, Materials Mgmt Job

About the Role: :a name_MailAutoSig: Organize the different functional areas of the Materials Department in order to consolidate all activities conducted with the purpose of complying with the company and acute;s general objectives.

Your Responsibilities Include:

Plan, organize and coordinate raw materials and finished goods import and export activities, production planning, purchases and warehouses.

Additional Responsibilities:

Manage negotiations and contract signing with the providers.

Establish inventory levels.

Verify the execution of the provider approval system.

Develop local providers.

Oversee Purchasing, Warehouse, Imports and Exports, and Process Validation areas.

Maintain good relations to personnel under his/her supervision and with providers.

Create a continuous improvement plan for all areas.

Establish goals and objectives for the different areas.

Monitor compliance with the department and acute;s budget.

Negotiate the Production Master Plan (Evaluation and Negotiation)..

Negotiate with transportation businessmen.

Verify compliance with Free Trade Zone, Customs and Procomer standards and regulations.

What Were Looking For:

:Academical Degree Licenciature: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Field Related.
:English Level required: C2:(95:100)
:Desired knowledge: SAP, APICS Certification
:At least 10 years of experience in similar position
