This integral eCommerce team member will acquire a detailed understanding of how our product categories are represented online and utilize digital tools to analyze and differentiate our products from the competition to drive conversions.

**AS AN ECOMMERCE SPECIALIST, YOU WILL**:

- Develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships with customers to ensure goals and initiatives are met and issues are addressed effectively.
- Lead onboarding efforts to drive a positive customer experience and long-term sales growth and success.
- Manage website parameters and the content upload for all eCommerce channel partners, proofing for accuracy and competitive relevance.
Ensure all content is optimized with channel specific SEO best practices and collaborate with team resources to meet all deadlines.
- Manage the continuous improvement of online content once deployed, ensuring high-quality content is positioned appropriately, brand-centric, error-free, consistent in style and messaging to optimize the shopping experience and achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with team resources to drive changes in a timely manner.
- Cross-train with CSRs to monitor, review and process purchase orders, rebates, subsidies, incentives, and claims.
- Lead the efforts in investigating, reporting, and resolving any website, portal and customer operational/technical issues.
- Utilize tools to analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of content.
Regularly provide insights gained from competitive monitoring to the business.
This can include competitors' listings, webshops, product reviews, Q&A, social groups, influencers, blogs, etc.
- Identify lost sales, underperforming SKUs, and action solutions to make items buyable, recover sales, and meet product performance goals.
- Assess eCommerce promotional landscape and setup online promotions to meet objectives and drive incremental sales.
- Collaborate with eCommerce team frequently to improve the customer experience as it pertains to sales, operations, and compliance initiatives to drive positive experiences, loyalty and repeat purchases
- Support ecommerce team with trademark & infringement violations and reporting, sales policies implementation and adherence, regularly providing feedback on pertinent issues and results-driven recommendations to resolve.
- Lead the efforts in reporting, researching, and disputing operational fines as needed, openly suggesting business process improvements to mitigate issues.
- Support analytics for paid advertising campaigns and provide recommendations to appropriate teams to execute.
- Support the development of the overall eCommerce strategy through effective analysis, identifying trends and providing recommendations.
This can require analyzing and presenting key customer and competitor data to support higher-level strategic decisions.

**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics/Science, Sales, Marketing, Communications or other related field
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat
- Strong organizational, grammatical, communication skills (verbal and written) and general presentation skills

**PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:

- 1-3 years' experience in eCommerce Merchandising, Sales, or Marketing
- Experience in navigating and using online retailer supplier portals (Home Depot, Amazon), data upload tools, and/or content management systems.
- Experience managing and syndicating product content and assets
- Demonstrated experience working with data visualization tools
- Knowledge of SEO principles and basic HTML knowledge
- Experience with editing, improving, and deploying B2B and B2C content
- Knowledge of eCommerce order management and customer fulfillment
