Requerimientos:
Formación:Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Mercadotecnia o Ingeniería o afines.
Experiencia:2 años de experiencia en el área de Marketing, Trade Marketing, Canales de Compra, Business Inteligence o investigación de mercados en un rol de análisis de indicadores e información cuantitativa de mercado.
Experiencia en gestión de clientes, tanto internos como externos (Deseable / No excluyente).
Conocimientos:Conocimientos de Marketing, investigación de mercados, consumo masivo, comportamiento del consumidor, etc. (Deseable)
Habilidades en desarrollo de reportes, análisis e interpretación de datos, desarrollo de estrategias accionables y presentaciones efectivas.
Excel a Nivel intermedio-Avanzado
Power Point Intermedio-Avanzado
Ingles a nivel Intermedio-Avanzado
Competencias:Con iniciativa, buenas relaciones interpersonales, empatía, comunicación efectiva, Capacidad de análisis, Orientación a resultados.
Residencia en Gran Área Metropolitana. Este es un empleo presencias que actualmente se está desarrollándose remotamente.
Horario de trabajo:Lunes a Viernes de 8 a.m. a 5 p.m. Viernes flexible.
Responsabilidades:
· Dar atención al cliente generando valor agregado, resolviendo las situaciones del servicio con el objeto de asegurar su cumplimiento (presentaciones, pedidos, pendientes y reportes) en cuanto a tiempos y calidad.
· Analizar, armar y presentar la información a clientes, garantizando un permanente alineamiento con sus necesidades para explicar los resultados de la estrategia y acciones con sus marcas y de la competencia, con el fin de asegurar la comprensión de los resultados y percepción de valor.
· Controlar la consistencia de las bases y reportes, proponiendo mejoras continuas en su diseño y forma de elaboración.
· Detectar oportunidades que generen negocio incremental en los clientes asignados y participar en el armado de propuestas consistentes con nuestra política comercial y los objetivos previstos.
· Capacitar al cliente y a otros integrantes del área en el uso y aplicación de la información de Panel de Hogares y en la utilización de herramientas de interacción o delivery de datos para promover su mejor entendimiento y uso.
