Job Description

The employee relations Associate is responsible for managing a range of activities related to employee/labor relations and staffing functions.

Administers and interprets various labor agreements, administers grievance procedures, and provides labor relations support during contract negotiations.
Acts as a liaison between department managers and union representatives.
Provides advice and counsel to personnel practices, policy and employment laws.
Administers unemployment insurance processes, reviews liability reports, monitors program costs and recommends policy changes to the human resources Manager.

Contact candidate during onboarding process and ensure his/her interest in position.
Necessary documentation request and filing.
Create and deliver legal documentation requested by contractors in a timely manner (bank letter, employment certification etc.)

Qualifications

- Business Admiistration or Industrial Engineering Student. (Psychology students will not be considered).
- Previous Experience in HR is a plus.
- Intermediate-Advanced Excelis required.
- Advanced English is a must,
