Job Description

ER Supervisor is responsible for managing a range of activities related to employee/labor relations and staffing functions. Administers and interprets various labor agreements, administers grievance procedures, and provides labor relations support to the workers. The ideal candidate has a high capacity to manage the client relationship (internal-external), to assist and attend to different types of populations, as well as to seek satisfaction and satisfaction, effective problem resolution and situations presented in the account.

The ER Supervisor will lead a team of talented Employee Relations Specialist.

Qualifications

- Advanced English.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Related.
- Labor Law Strong Knowledge.
- Over 4 years of experience in HR (ER Specific experience is desired).
- Experience leading teams.
- Advanced Porutguese is desired.
