Especialista En Reclutamiento Y Selección | Masivo A Nivel Operativo Y Administrativo

Requisitos:
* 40% OF TIME Recruitment and Selection

* Deliver all facets of the recruitment process for the organization.

* Candidate sourcing and screening

* Perform interviews according to established process, including coordination of interviews with hiring managers.
* Ensure all hiring assessments including English, DISC, Excel or any other required are performed during recruitment process

* Perform background checks and references.

* Prepare welcome packages for new hires.

* Perform new hire induction process.
* Create personnel file for new hires with the proper documentation, including: employment contract, personal data, as required and company internal forms and policies.

* Prepare paperwork required to place employee on payroll

* Include new hires in the employee database SAP or the systems assigned by the company for that purpose

* Lead internal postings, interview process and promotion announcements, coordinating promotions with HR Manager
* Manage recruitment activities such as career events, job fairs, Cinde, school and other meetings related to recruitment and looks for new sourcing opportunities in the market

* Manage internship program

* Manage Employee Referral Program and ensures awards/bonus are provided according to guidelines.

* Update Job Descriptions for the Center in coordination with HR Manager.
