As an intern with the Experience League content team, you will focus on defining how existing tracking systems can be used to track content and provide recommendations where improvements or new systems are needed. The scope includes ensuring that there are effective ways to establish metrics around customer engagement with content, as well as establishment of dashboard(s) to report on content use, effectiveness, engagement, etc. Beyond the systems and the analysis, processes will need to be defined to ensure content remains relevant and accurate as the Company products mature.
To excel in this role you should have a passion for analyzing data and building dashboards. You will need to be a clear, logical thinker who can leverage your findings to influence existing processes as well as defining new processes that ultimately improve the way we manage content authoring and delivery for Experience League.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills,
* background/experience working as a data/business analyst or relevant experience
* program management skills and/or relevant experience
* a passion to define, build and refine processes
* strong written and oral communication skills
* understanding of the Company Digital Experience products is a plus
* background using JIRA and JQL is a plus
