Factory Asset Management Program Owner

Leads ongoing, established programs, varying in domain areas/focus areas, complexity and business functions, and scope that may have an operational focus. Oversees the administration fulfilment of larger organizational goals with legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements.

Main responsibilities:

- Assembly Test Manufacturing Asset Manager control including but not limited to DSM, ISM, AMT, Destruction Letter for any Asset in ATM
- Centralized Purchasing for Tools in ATM
- Asset identification, tag and document reviews for the ATM tools
- Training and Documentation for the vendors Support Model
- Managing a group of 12 vendor's under AM role, divided in different sub groups
- Purchase Order control for the Domestic Shipping Memo and Transportation process when moving Assets
- Work in the E2E Project Team for AM improvements
- Single Point of Contact for ATM AM
- Strategic point of contact for the Sel Audit and External Audit exercise
- Coordination with other BU in collaboration for ATM, including CS, FCE, IT, Finance, Controls, Trade and Logistics
- External Warehouse control for the ATM Tools
- Close coordination with AM local Vendor FONT on the AM execution and registers.
- Interaction with multiple tools for the AM control known as: SPT, EDDAR, Pocket Asset Tool, SAP used for the AM control.

**Qualifications**:
Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor/Licentiate degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related.

At least 2 years of Experience in Manufacturing AND/OR 1 year of Experience in Asset Management AND/OR in Finance.
- Advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written)
- Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Costa Rica.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in the Assembly & Test factory knowing or managing some or multiples tools in the factory.
- Asset Management basic knowledge on the ATM controls.
- Willing to track assets in the Audit Sample process and working with different tool owners.
- Willing to work flexibly, mostly on site and also from home.
- Detail control over assets
- Willing to train different members of the team.
- Willing to work in different teams based on ATM and AM needs.
- Proactive and able to work with multiple people internal and external.
- Team member for the AM organization.
- Self-pace and self-education on the matter with initiative to propose changes or improvements.

**Working Model**:
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
