The Factory Planning Coordinator is a leader in continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Planning analyst is responsible for planning ownership of a supply chain. Responsibilities may include integration, optimization, coordination, and driving execution of engineering/production planning schedules, forecasts, materials, build plan & capacity requirements, and business and inventory strategies to meet customer requirements in collaboration with cross organizational supply chain stakeholders. May also conducts scenario (what if) planning when necessary. Influencing/recommending issue resolution strategies in supply chain areas using data driven decision making across appropriate Key Stakeholder and Management levels.

The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

- Data passionate
- Great communications skills (written and oral)

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

- The candidate must have a BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- Supply Chain experience of 7 years+, especially in manufacturing planning.
- Fluently in English (full command: conversation, written and oral expression)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree (MBA) is consider a plus
- Manufacturing experience
- CPIM/APICs Certified
- Proficient in Excel/Macro development and data visualization
- Experience with Data Analysis and LEAN practices.
