This position is part of the Data, Analytics, and Reporting Center of Excellence (DARC) within Finance.
DARC owns the Single Source of Truth (SSOT) for financial data, creates and enables descriptive and predictive analytics based on that data, and leads the critical data governance areas of metadata and security.
You may have responsibilities in metadata management, security management, and driving adoption of DARC's data assets.
**You will help Intel with the following, but not limited to**:
- Understanding the data models, visual reports, and ML models that DARC owns.
- Driving adoption of DARC data products including ensuring excellent metadata, accessibility, training, and communication that will result in increased usage.
- Developing relationships across finance, partnering with stakeholders.
- Educating other finance departments about the value of and their responsibilities with respect to metadata and data security.
- Ensuring data definitions are of high quality.
- Ensuring descriptions, access information, and other usability attributes of data products are complete and accurate.
- Working with DARC team to coordinate and provide training and communications about DARC data products.
- Tracking and responding to customer service requests and incidents.
- Working with IT and other partners to ensure adequate searchability of data products.

**Qualifications**
**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field
- 2+ years of applicable experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis
- 1+ years of experience working in the field of data governance
- Advanced English level
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Master's or MBA degree
- Analytical and information systems skills including Collibra, Power BI, and others
