JOB PURPOSE
Prepares economic, financial or statistical research and analysis for use in the
development of business strategies and tactics.
Has excellent theoretical and
practical knowledge of different financial and analytical techniques, and the
capability to plan own work and meet deadlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Case
Carry out feasibility and assessment work for proposed and current projects to
contribute to the development and continuous review of business cases.
- Data Collection and Analysis
Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.
- Financial Modeling
Provide basic financial modeling input into business cases, costs, and schedules to support growth in the business.
- Insights and Reporting
Extract and combine data to generate standard reports.
- Data Management
Use data management systems to access specific information as and when
required.
- Financial Policies, Guidelines, and Protocols
Assist with the development and delivery of financial policies, guidelines, and
protocols to ensure the company complies with regulations and good financial
practice.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ANALYSTS:
- Minimum Financial Associate Degree required
- +1 year of experience
- Systems background IBM PA, Power BI, SAP, or Hyperion preferred.
- Advanced English
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient with MS Excel.
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Initiative & Proactive
REQUIREMENTS FOR TEAM LEAD:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or related required
- +5 years of experience in the area
- +3 years of experience leading a team
- Systems background IBM PA, Power BI, SAP, or Hyperion preferred.
- Advanced English
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient with MS Excel.
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Initiative & Proactive
- Leadership Skills
