How you would contribute to the role:

The Financial Accountant II position is in charge of handling the IBO experience, from providing answers and solutions to taking appropriate actions following the Collections processes. The position will allow you to interact with different cultures all around the world.In this role you will also have a direct relationship with other departments like ANA Finance, Business Conduct and Rules, Protection Services, Customer Service, Bonus Department and General Ledger.This position will be in charge of KPIs creation and analysis and application of LEAN strategy to the different processes. This position supports directly the team members deploying knowledge and distribution of daily tasks. This is the perfect role for people who would like to increase their Knowledge of the Amway Business, and develop negotiation, problem solving, leadership and customer service skills.

What skills and background will be important to be successful:

-Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above)
-Knowledge in Oracle EBS, JDE, AS400
-At least 2 years of experience in Collections or
Accounts Receivable
