In your role, you will:
: Develop strategic solutions for key customers with internal business units
: Develop and monitor departmental objectives to be aligned with the strategic objectives of the company
: Ensure harmonization of business practices among the teams in the Global Shared Services
: Develop and implement continuous process improvements, quality assurance.
: Manage, evaluate performance and develop staff through coaching
: Prepare individual monthly governance reports, productivity measurements
: Service Desk Development and Implementation
: Meet target as set out by the Manager/Director
: Provide coverage and support where required for team members
: Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications
As our ideal candidate,
: You have 2 to 5 years of process improvement experience
: You have excellent communication skills both oral and written in English and French is an asset
: You have very proficient computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite, SAP experience is preferable
: You show strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability general logic and use sound judgment when making decisions
: You are time Management oriented to meet the suggested tasks and collection goals daily
: You show professional demeanor and good interpersonal communication skills, key talent
: You have demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management
: You are customer service focused and solution oriented
: You show detailed oriented with good organizational skills, and able to perform under pressure
: You have ability to work in a dynamic environment with integrity and honesty
: You show enjoy working in a team environment
: You have schedule adherence is a must
