Request/obtain statements from major suppliers on a weekly/monthly basis as well as verify outstanding balance with small suppliers/FBO.
Reconcile supplier statements to the details of AP aging, payment history, matching workbench.
Timing differences are listed on the reconciliation for further research and resolution.
Reconciliation is provided to the supervisor/manager for review and approval.

Request any missing invoices from supplier and forward to the proper FinOps team for processing.

**Provide assistance to Avcard/Alliance merchants; provide payment details, research rejected transactions to provide adequate reasons to the supplier, request credits for customer disputes, request backup for open items disputed by the customer.
