The function of the Junior Billing is to serve the primary activity of entering all required data fields necessary for the worldwide billing coordinators to invoice.
This consists of being able to receive, review and digitize source documentation in various formats and languages in a timely manner.
Source documentation is defined as bunker delivery receipts which are the fuel tickets upon delivery of the fuel or service and the supplier's invoice.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor the Digitizing Dashboard and Digitizing Data Entry Screen

Validate all source documentation (BDR and AP invoice) against any POI

Recognize all exceptions

Scan to digitize all physical documentation (when necessary)
