YOUR OPPORTUNITY
- The Analyst performs transactional to medium risk tasks for the Fixed Assets team such as: WBS creation, assets additions, disposals, transfers, and other transactional tasks assigned by the team leader.

Additionally, this role owns tasks such as reports generating, SOX controls execution, accounts analysis tasks. Part of the main responsibilities are month end tasks such a depreciation runs, journal entries, support documentation creation, settlement process and others.

ABOUT YOU
- This role requires interactions across many functions (Finance & Non-Finance), including acting as a resource to the international markets due to daily tasks in which you will need to provide customer service to different markets across the world. On the role you will be able to drive standardization and reinforce correct procedures to make sure all the countries comply with the global guidelines

**Responsibilities**:

- RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
- Perform tasks related to the Fixed Assets within the Bacardi Enterprises Services, which serves over 84 legal entities and Corporate Headquarters operations.
- Calculation, review and posting of accounting journal entries.
- Process assets maintenance requirements such additions. depreciation, disposals, sales, etc
- Monthly processes as: Balance sheet account reconciliation (BBSR), SysAid ticket resolution and report generation related to assets under construction and fixed assets in general.
- Be able to respond and support auditor's requests, including different SOX controls executed within the team.
- Work with market contacts to solve different issues and ensure our work is properly delivered.
- Run validations, checks and controls to ensure data integrity at each point of each cycle (specifically in MEC).
- Consistently meet or exceed Service Level Agreements pertaining to accounting processes.
- Active participation on new implementations (entities, policies, processes).

- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Detail oriented with the ability to capture information in a clear, concise manner and can adapt information for various audiences.
- Works well in a team environment and is a self-starter who requires mínimal direction and support.
- Detail oriented with the ability to operate with discipline in terms of deadlines completion and follow ups execution.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage a rapidly changing environment.
- Desired but not mandatory: previous experience in Capital & Fixed Assets roles or their accounting cycle.

- Previous accounting experience 2 years or higher.
