Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members Provide technical support or leadership in the development and continual improvement of service Soft skills for interaction with team members for requirement gathering and implementation Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering 3+ years of overall experience in support of information technology computer systems and databases 3 year’s of experience in root cause analysis skills Intermediate/advanced English Full Stack development experience designing and building web applications using modern frameworks like React or Angular; and backend using SQL; experience with REST and SOAP. Essential Technologies: Java, Excel, HTML/XML/Java/PHP/Ruby/C, CSS Relational databases management systems, data modeling, database design, and Oracle PL/SQL 11.2.0.4 (RHEL) (required), Structured Query Language (SQL) Experience working with Red Hat Enterprise Linux RHEL 7 (required) Solid fundamentals in languages such as Java and JavaScript, and integration technologies such as web services, ESB, JEE Application Servers - JBOSS, WebLogic, Web Servers - Apache Excellent knowledge of system implementations along with understanding of key concepts related to Software Development Life Cycle Knowledge and ability to create technical solutions for process automations Understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum Ability to plan/manage/prioritize work to meet objectives of multiple or competing priorities/projects Ability to communicate effectively to levels of leadership, lead small teams, and ability work independently Possess ability to manage workload, manage multiple priorities, and manage conflicts with customers/employees/managers, as applicable. Experience in application / product feature design. Experience in service oriented architecture (SOA) Working knowledge of visualization platforms, such as Power BI and Tableau, a plus; Experience in finance is a plus (especially private equity, bonds, loans, CLOs, other capital markets) Nice to have skills Appian development or another BPM technology Experience in APPIAN Versions 16x/17x/18x Experience in APPIAN SAIL Language Skills Experience in APPIAN Process Model Translate business requirements into APPIAN process model prototypes and solutions.
