About the role
Internal Job # OMC00002 We are looking for a PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your responsibilities will include the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

Responsabilities
Develop and maintain backend code base for web site and data services and APIs
Develop and maintain database
Advise Technical PM as to hour and utilization based on agency supplied scopes/briefs
Develop front-end, responsive website code including complex animations and functionality
Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers
Translate layered Photoshop files and wireframes into front-end code
Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
Integration of data storage solutions
Required skills
3+ Years Full-Stack Development
Strong experience with Database Development/Maintenance (MSSQL, MySQL)
Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks
Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
Conversational English
Knowledge of AJAX development practices
Solid experience of website design and responsive development
Knowledge of .NET and understanding of MVC design patterns
Knowledgeable in a range of front end development practices and technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Experience with Web Service Development (REST, JSON, XML, AWS)
Experience with CMS systems (WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore)
Frontend framework knowledge: Angular, Node.js, Bootstrap, Foundation, SASS
Ability to organize work, establish realistic goals and deadlines, and execute according to plan.
Proven analytical and problem resolution skills

Nice to have
Knowledge of GreenSock Animation Platform (GSAP)
Knowledge of AEM
