General Accountant

Major Responsibilities

*Lead and control accounting cycle activities and ensure quality of financial information into the system.
*Responsible for the making of Financial Statements according to USGAPP and local regulations.
*Lead the monthly payroll process.
*Presentation of all tax declarations and all other requirements related to the Free Trade Zone regulations (CANON : Informe Anual de Operaciones).
*Support Finance Manager with quarterly internal billing process to the affiliates.
*Lead the control and management of fixed assets according to FTZ regulations.
*Support the review and control of expense policies.

Must have:

*Very good understanding of accounting cycle
*Strong analytical skills
*Proactive, self:driven and objectives oriented
*Excel, power point and share point advance skills
*Team Work and time management
*Process improvement focus
*Intermediate to advanced English language proficiency
*Experience working with procedures according to Free Zone Trade regulations (desired)

Qualifications: Requires:

Accounting process experience at least 5 years

USGAPP and local regulation knowledge

Experience working with Oracle (Desired)

Bachelor degree in accountant
