Funciones del Puesto
- Managing the budget and monitoring the financial health.
- Oversee daily business operations as well as specific departments for their respective division's foreign operation.
- Developing and implementing growth strategies for Latin America.
- Prepare plans and ensure compliance to all finance and HR procedures and policies.
- Maintain efficient knowledge and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Requisitos del Puesto
Have knowledge related to general business practices and have knowledge related to employment law and general business practices, including understanding of how to manage cost budgets.
Must be bilingual in both Spanish and fluent English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as problem solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in business, or similar.
Experiência Deseada
A Minimum of 10+ years minimum years of previous management experience working as a General/Operational.
Habilidades Deseadas
Work experience in media, marketing, or advertising companies a plus but not required.
