Requisitos:Manage a defined sales territory by phone/teleconference, achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales
Goals. Work within assigned territory to develop new accounts, maximize marketing campaigns to close
Qualified leads and work existing accounts to maintain and grow sales.Actividades a realizar:- Develop and deliver sales presentations and product trainings over the phone/teleconference to
potential and existing customers.
- Be recognized as a brand and holistic wellness subject matter expert to effectively communicate
product benefits and points of difference.
- Partner with Business Decision Makers (BDM-s), Technical Decision Makers (TDM-s), and
Internal Sponsors, to maximize the benefits of our proposition within their organization and
secure long-term partnership with corporations.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for an assigned sales territory.
- Proactively lead a joint company-strategic customer planning sessions to develop mutual.
performance objectives to deliver our products to our customers as quickly and accurately as
possible.
- Execute loyalty program resulting in Year over Year (YOY) growth, including customer erosion
of no more than 20% annually.
- Partner with corporations to regularly measure and review usage and performance data with the
objective of collectively finding alternative solutions to the customers- experience/partnership.
- Use official Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to record all business-related
activities and communication.
- Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients.
- Work within all company policies and guidelines getting appropriate approvals prior to
committing to customers.
- Utilize all tools and systems required for position including but not limited to: Pitchbooks,
Digital Assets, Analytics, Customer Value Equation etc.
- Maintain knowledge of competitive landscape and industry; always bringing new commercial
innovation ideas to leadership.

- Maintain a pulse on the latest industrial psychology research and statistics, share and collaborate
with leadership and peers (i.e. share and reapply).
- Occasional travel (1-3 times per year).
- Maintain waterfall/building block objectives and present to leadership on a monthly basis
identifying performance forecast including, but not limited to shortfalls, over performance, and
gap closures/additional incremental opportunities.
