Mondelez International is looking for:
Workforce Administration Manager Americas


Provides leadership and direction to the Workforce Administration team to deliver workforce administration services to Mondelez functions and regions.

Main Responsibilities:
- Oversees processes execution for employee master data maintenance throughout the employee life cycle (hire to retire), additional administration of external programs, reference documentation, and exit interviews.
- Collaborate with GSLs, and peer Work stream leads, HR COE and HR Business Leaders to understand and to implement new workforce administration processes and/or standardize, simplify, or improve current processes. and forecast work volumes for WFA
- Partner with HR CoE, HR Business Leaders to forecast work volumes for regional teams
- Lead, coach, motivate, train and inspire direct reports to deliver team and project goals and provides day-to-day guidance and direction to the Workforce Administration Team
- Lead, coach, motivate, train and inspire direct reports to deliver team and project goals and develop talented individuals
- Oversees vendor management and relationship including quarterly vendor performance reviews and follow up actions
- Coordinates larger reorganization design plans with HRBL as required Track team metrics and SLAs and driving action plans for improvementQualifications

Academic Knowledge:
- University Degree or equivalent required (All majors considered; HR or Business Management preferred)
- Languages: English, Spanish. Portuguese (desirable)

Working Knowledge:
- Prior manager/ team leader experience in a shared service environment (5-6 yrs)
- Experience in HR SAP transactions and organization, preferred
- Experience with employment law and compliance, including local legislation
- Experience in multiple areas of HR, including workforce administration, (2-3 yrs), preferred

- High operational excellence and ability to work under pressure
- Experience managing performance driven by SLAs and metrics
- Excellence in execution/implementation: project implementation management skills, ability to manage multiple on-going projects.
