The Global Service Desk IT Associate, is the person in charge of solving the different problems related to equipment, systems, permits, licenses, as the first contact for all the internal customers of the company in its different business units.
- High School Diploma ( mandatory )
- Student of the engineering career in systems, networks or related field (Desirable)
- English level of 90% or higher (mandatory)
- 2-3 years of experience in service desk
- Problem solving oriented
