**Responsibilities**
- Understand and adhere to brand standards and styles
- Meet with Art Director to determine vision of current project
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, balancing time constraints whilst maintaining quality
- Communicate with task stakeholders in order to ensure on-time delivery of final products
- Keep abreast of new technologies and techniques to deliver cutting-edge work
- Create a wide range of design and graphic layouts for various internal and external stakeholders
- Understand digital and online media production as well as print
- Strong attention to detail when it pertains to graphics, production and imagery
- Work collaboratively across global team and facilitate cross team communication
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years professional experience in graphic design and digital media production
- Graphic Design Portfolio for review
- Must demonstrate initiative and a strong willingness to roll-up their sleeves to make things happen
- Exceptional English communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills while working with all levels within the company
- Exceptionally strong organizational skills required and ability to report and update management effectively
- High energy and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Works well within a team environment.
Writes and presents effectively in 1:1 and group situations.
- Team oriented; able to work effectively in a matrix organization
