**In this role, you will be able to provide remote technical support to the organization's internal associates for their Windows and Mac laptops, printers, mobile phones, and other devices.
**
**What you'll do**:
- **Provide remote technical support to the EFX organization's internal associates.
**
- **Record technical and troubleshooting issues and solutions in the Support tool.
**
- **Communicate unresolved issues effectively to the next level of support with full troubleshooting documentation.
**
- **Help create troubleshooting documentation and runbooks.
**
- **Excellent communication, verbal and writing & openness to learning new technologies.
**
**What experience you need**:
- **Last year of Technical High School**
- **Bilingual (English - Spanish) B2**
**What could set you apart**:
- **CompTIA A+ and/or Microsoft certification is desirable, but not required**
