Purpose
:Support the receiving, storage, management, packaging and dispatch of materials, production spare parts and finished goods.
Responsibilities
:Material Handler Warehouse : Receiving.
:Physical and SAP receiving of raw materials, parts and any other item purchased by the company.
:Container Download.
:Keep materials properly segregated and identified.
:Delivery and control of MROs located in the MRO Warehouse.
:Transfer accepted raw material to the Accepted Material Warehouse.
:Assets custody and delivery.
:Keep the warehouse organized and clean.
:Keep the warehouse organized and clean.
:Material Handler Warehouse +?G?G? Transfer.
:Prepare and deliver raw materials for requisitions, Production KAN BAN and the supermarket.
:Post on SAP raw materials movements.
:Manage raw material returns from production and the supermarket to the Accepted Material Warehouse.
:Supply materials to lower levels of the Accepted Material Warehouse rack.
:Material Handler Warehouse +?G?G? Supermarket.
:Prepare and deliver raw materials to Production from the Supermarket area.
:Post on SAP raw materials movements.
:Manage raw material returns from production to the supermarket.
:Detrash of raw materials.
:Keep the supermarket organized and clean.
:Material Handler Warehouse +?G?G? Shipping.
:Collect finished goods from production lines.
:Finished goods segregation/packaging (labeling, boxing and strapping).
:Upload finished goods in containers.
:Keep the Shipping area organized and clean.
