Head of human Resources Requirements Degree in HR or a related field
Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience required
Customerfocused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
Flexible and able to work effectively in highpressure environment

Functions
Develop an understanding of culture and structure to effectively partner with and support the organization
Provides input to develop and improve existing company policies, procedures and documentation
Participates in preboarding, onboarding and new hire activities, and ensure completion of all necessary new hire paperwork
Provides support for endtoend employee life cycle
Participates in offboarding activities which includes exit interview and clearance
Ability to interview potential candidates
Support daytoday HR operations and recruitment activities
Initiate and support companywide events and engagement activities that will promote a healthy culture and high performance
Adhoc projects and global initiatives as required
