**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure customer satisfaction with each call.
- Speak clearly and concisely in all communications, providing complete and accurate information.
- Meet and exceed any and all metrics as required by the client, including average handle time, quality assurance, customer service.
- Follow up with the customer until the issue is resolved.
- Demonstrate positive phone presence through empathy, de-escalation, and soft skills.
- Be aware of current procedures to offer accurate information.
- To keep all equipment and tools under his/her responsibility in excellent conditions.
