This is a temporary position of 6 months and will require to work on weekends, with 2 consecutive days off during week days.
**Qualifications**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Advanced student of or Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
- Advanced English level written and verbal.
- 6+ months of experience in customer service and/or contact center experience.
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with HR tools such as Workday Service Now SQL.
- Proficient in MS office package Excel PowerPoint Outlook.
