We are looking for an HR Data Specialist who is responsible for processing and validating HR transactions in our Workday system.
This position will be specifically focused on processing employee submissions as part of our Company's compliance with the United States Federal Vaccine Mandate, with other responsibilities as assigned.
Job Role and Responsibility:
Covid-19 Vaccine Mandate Submission Processing & Support (80-100% of time)
- Review submissions of employee Covid-19 vaccine information as part of the United States Federal Vaccine Mandate program.
- Approve complete submissions; send back submissions that have missing or invalid data with the appropriate reasons.
- Manage employee inquiries and expectations on confirmation of their submissions.
- Triage and resolve tickets related to employee issues with submitting their vaccine information or accommodation requests.
- Audits related to the Vaccine Mandate program as needed.
Data Processing & Audits (up to 20% of time)
- Global Employee data change processing (dept changes, manager changes, compensation changes, etc).
Review for accuracy and process changes.
- Global non-employee (Alternative Workforce) processing - Agency Temps & Contractors.
- Review and audit employee data changes, new hire entries and other information sources to ensure data integrity.
- Audit employee records and other employee information sources to ensure data integrity.
**Required Skills**:
- 2+ yrs.
of HR experience, specifically processing and supporting transactions within HR Systems.
- Experience handling sensitive employee data with confidentiality.
- Ability to communicate with empathy in stressful situations.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Strong auditing skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills.
- Must enjoy teamwork and be a strong team player.
- Strong customer service-oriented attitude required.
- Demonstrated data analysis skills.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and with time constraints.
Preferred Skills:
- HRIS System Experience: Workday HR preferred, or other HR System (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, ABRA, ADP HR module, etc.)

- Knowledge of local and federal regulations pertaining to HR and/or Global knowledge a plus.
- Knowledge in managing primary stakeholders and projects.
- Knowledge serving as a point of escalation.
